Can you get pregnant the week after yoru period?

my cycles are short (25-26days)..and i cant seem to pinpoint ovulation. I had on the last day of my period ..which is usually only 4 days long...and my bf came in me because I didnt think i had anything to worry about..Now i am hearing that women have gotten pregnant on the last day of their periods..has this happeend to anyone
