Does anyone else cook their Meat this way?

I take a pound of sausage and a pound or ground beef, mix them together. I make the meat and cook them in spaghetti sauce for 4 hours. I can't find any recipe's for the way I do it but it's the best. I've tried others, frying, baking, but this is the only one that makes mouth watering delicious meat great for spaghetti or my favorite meatball subs.
