Why is it that most non-believers are always bashing christians for their beliefs when we dont do that to you?

As christians we are taught to accept everyone for who they are as we are all God's children and we are all human beings. We are taught to love everyone and yes to witness to others about our spiritual beliefs, but not to insist only we are right and not to bombard others with our beliefs. Yet everytime a person asks a serious question about our faith so many of you non-believers come out in droves to make a mockery of them in your answers. All it shows is your immaturity. We dont make fun of your beliefs so what makes you think you have the right to make fun of ours?
