Mother in law has lived with us for 9 years she needs to go?

My mother in law moved in with my family on a short term basis. That was 9 years ago. I can't stand being in the same room with this person and she needs to go. My husband has told her many times that she needs to pack her crap and go. She won't go. How do I legally get rid of her. I know that I sound like a real cold B*tch but you haven't lived with this women. My mom just ped away and I'm angry that she's gone and I'm stuck wih my mother in law. Also, my mother in law is a pack rat. She keeps EVERYTHING. i just want her and her sh*t out. How do we do it legally where she would have to listen?
