Re-enlisting in USMC w/an RE-3C re-enlist code and Gen under Hon cond. discharge?

I was recommended for fully honorable up to Com. Gen. MARFORATL, but rec'd Gen Under Hon. conditions and a 3C re-up code. With impending full repeal of DADT, what are the chances for a 41year old, fit, multi-lingual Marine to rejoin? And how?
