How do I get my dog to stop licking and puting his nose on everyone?

He sounds like he is a very affectionate puppy/dog. He is probably seeking your affection too. He is seeking affection from someone who will treat him and train him. Does he socialize with other dogs during the day? Or does he wait for you at home all day? An owner & his/her dog acts as one in training. We learned to read each other's behavior. If you do not love the dog, let someone else have him/her.
