Is geography an important subject?

I really hate geography and am not going to take it for GCSE's or A-levels or whatever. If I don't hand homework in, misbehave etc,etc. Will this effect my career or limit my choices of univescity's? But, surely, it can't do much harm. Im never going to take a job up in Geography-related careers FOR SURE. I am 13
