Can anyone translate this gaelic phrase into english?

Roughly translated I think if you were speaking to a Scottish person it could be translated to Welcome back to the tartan....If an Irish person Welcome back our ??? there are several ways to read into the meaning. Failte in Irish Gaelic and Scottish means Welcome,ar means our or on,an in Irish means the but Tearrach translates in Scottish as tar hence I added on the tan to make tartan as that would make sense to a scot.
