Cold appetizer dip that you can make in advance?

I love spinach dip. Just get the box of Knorr veggie soup mix and follow the spinach dip instructions. I think with the soup mix you'll also need frozen spinach, mayo and sour cream. I serve it with pumpernickel bread cubes or Frito Scoops
