Earth Science questions help please?

the planets closest to the sun rotate around the sun faster around the sun . Idk wich planet it is tho caus we've been off that topic for a long time. i think mercury is the closest. and then pluto ( which is no longer a planet) would take the longest to orbit.they're like that cause which ever one is closest has less distance to travel. try tying different length strings to ur hand and see wigh one gets wrapped around the fastest. it should be the first one.
