My boyfriend and i were having (doggy style) and...?

all of a sudden i started feeling sharp pains. sometimes when he goes too deep i feel pain, but this was a different pain. he wasnt even going deep and it hurt WITH EVERY STROKE. i had to tell him to stop. right after i could barely sit. he told me to go pee, which i struggled to do that even. i was having trouble relaxing my whole pelvic/l region. it hurt so bad. after maybe 10 minutes just sittin on the toilet, trying to pee, it finally came out. but the pain didnt go away. i took a shower and laid down. it hurt even up into my stomach. ive never experienced this before. any explanations?
