My chihuahua is sick?

She is 1 1/2 years old and has had diarrhea since this morning and she also has been throwing up flem. She's usually really hyper but she's been lying down on my bed all day. I tried giving her some broth since didn't want to drink any water and she refused that too and she hasn't ate all day. Although she is not shivering anymore I'm concern. Does anyone know what I can do to make her feel better?? If she's not any better by tomorrow, I'll take her to her vet. Any advice will be helpful. Thank you.
