SACRAMENTO, CA RESIDENTS-I NEED HELP!?

I'm landing at Sacramento International Airport at 9pm on Christmas Eve and driving up to Reno....Donner P looks wicked....ideas on where I can buy chains...we're renting a Chevy Trail Blazer from AVIS and I'm afraid most stores will be closed and we'll be stuck in Sacramento due to the storm...any ideas?
