Should I just give up?

I'm in over my head. I tried to make a webshow with my friends, but it all blew up on me! I try to do something that sounds good on paper but I always "say im gonna do this but never actually do it" comment from a schoolmate. I'm always in a rut, but when i try to do something fun, it always has a negative result. I get my friend over to make our webshow. I upload it, and it gives me all this crap about encoding and my video being over 26 hours! And parts of it are missing! This sucks! It's not uploading, my other friend who is going to be on the show gives me all this crap about "change this, change that" and then when we have the first episode, tries to convince the other friend who came on my webshow to come to her house for "band practice". So in essence what I'm asking is, should i just give up trying to do fun stuff. The phrase "all work, no play" means nothing in my life.
