What is this song called?

i once (a few years ago) heard a song that had a certain beat that i liked hearing and i remember it was on a country radio. all i know from the song is at some point in it it goes (something like) "day time, night time, summer time, any time" and i remember something about them saying they arnt going to lose. i think it may be rascal flats or someone like them, but im stumped here. help, please
