Will I be accepted to Princeton with cl rank of 12 out of 348 students?

I am a junior in high school after the first semester of 11th grade my cl rank is 12/348. My weighted gpa is 4.141 while my unweighted is 3.94. I had all As all through 9th and 10th grade but got two B's this semester in AP Bio and AP B/C Calculus. I took two APs last year and am in 4 this year. If I get all As next semester my cl rank will be 9/348. Is this good from a grades standpoint?
