Do you believe that Iraq would have attacked the U.S.? How, why, where, when?

You are completely right. Iraq was just threatening us and nothing more. Even if they had nuclear weapons that work, they would never be able to effectively launch them on the United States, and even if they could, they wouldn't because they (Yes Saddam knew) that we would be able to totally destroy them and all of their allies in retaliation, principal of MAD (Mutually ured destruction). The only danger is, of course, that the weapons could get a hold of terrorists who might find a different way of using them.
