Have i overdosed, realisticly?

55kg. 170cm tall. 36 hours ago i took 2 panadol, took another two five hours later. 14 hours ago took a panadol forte, and then 6 hours ago i took a panadaol forte and a panadol. then i fitted sort of thing. and i feel fine now. but is there a realistic chance that i have overdosed? i have been drinking a lot of water too and eaten a lot.
