Should the Indianapolis Colts hire Bill Cowher as their head coach next season?

It would be pretty sweet to see Cowher as the head coach there, even if his style of play doesn't really fit the personnal they have at Indy. Cowher has openly stated that if he was to come back to coaching he would want a quarterback and money. Alot of the teams looking for a good head coach next year don't have a solid starting franchise quarterback like Indy, so you never know.
