In a biology question..?

hmmm.... the only thing I know is that the cell is more concentrated inside than ouside, so the water tends to go into the cell cuz of a process called osmosis (which the water goes from the less concentrated side to the more concentrated in order to dissolve the solute). (I study pharmacy)
