I need a link to a website where I can watch the debt debate?

I need a link to a website where I can watch the legislative debt debate for my American Government cl. I'm supposed to watch it for two hours and write a review on it.... I wanted to watch the Boehner Debt Plan thing last night but I couldn't... if anyone has a site where I can see a recording of it or another legislative debate, that would be great.
